This is the type of recipe where visually, it looks like the picture of health. The toppings and deep browning just make it absolutely scream ‘nutritious’.
I riffed on a recipe that was developed by @ambitiouskitchen called Nourishing Almond Flour Banana Bread. For mine, I added a little maple syrup for added sweetness and took the liberty of adding all of the delicious toppings that make it look so incredible! It gives it the perfect ratio of crunchiness to chewiness.
My favorite thing about this recipe? It’s so easy to clean up because it’s just one bowl! Who doesn’t love that?
