My Experience with Thrive Market

I’m super fortunate to have so many wonderful grocery stores and markets around Hoboken (shout out Basic Foods, my favorite health food store). Moreover, I’m fortunate that most of them carry my favorite paleo brands! However, sometimes the stores don’t stock the latest drops, go out of stock a bit too often, or are insanely overpriced.

This isn’t an ad, but I recently registered for a membership with Thrive Market to serve as a remedy to the above issues. According to their mission, they work directly with the producers to be able to offer their members the lowest prices available - they even offer price matching to lock in their lowest price guarantee. The selection of products is super impressive and they stay current on the offerings from the brands they partner with. That means I’m finally able to get my hands on unique mixes from Simple Mills, the newest baking chips from Hu Kitchen, and even the elusive alphabet shaped Banza pasta! They also have their own house label that’s even further discounted for more savings.

I absolutely love the ease of use for their website and the ability to filter down your search by dietary needs. It gives you peace of mind knowing the products are all going to fit your lifestyle without needing to read every nutritional label, but if you’re a bit neurotic like me you’ll probably do so anyway…

My favorite part of Thrive Market is their Thrive Gives initiative! For every paid membership, they give a membership to those in communities of need to ensure access to quality health products that would otherwise be unattainable. They even give free memberships to healthcare providers, teachers, and emergency responders when registering with ID.me credentials.

For my first purchase, I got some of my favorites and a few new items to try. My pantry got a whole refresh for the new year!
